INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g beef short ribs
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes (450g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200ml water
PASSOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the potatoes and stir-fry until their surface becomes translucent. Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water), mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
