INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of mackerel (160g)
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Place the mackerel fillets and the ☆ seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) into a plastic bag. Massage gently to coat the fish, remove air from the bag, seal it, and marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spread salad oil evenly using a paper towel. Remove the mackerel from the marinade, pat it dry with a paper towel, and place it on the tray. Coat the surface of the fish evenly with sesame seeds.
Grill the fish in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
