INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 can (190g) mackerel in miso sauce
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🥦 125g broccoli, cut into florets
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Separate broccoli into florets. Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain water.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, doubanjiang, garlic, ginger) in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add canned mackerel with its sauce and break it apart while stir-frying.
Add broccoli and the prepared sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
