INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 180g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Fish
- 1 can (190g) saba canned in water
Herbs
- 20 shiso leaves
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil for finishing
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
PASSOS
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and reserve 2 tbsp of cooking water.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add maitake mushrooms and cook until softened.
Mix in the drained saba canned fish, shiso leaves, and season with salt and soy sauce.
Combine the cooked spaghetti with the mixture, adding reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil on top before serving.
