Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Dry Ingredients
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp curry powder
Dairy
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
Garnish
- 🍋 1/8 slice lemon
PASSOS
Make shallow cuts on the skin of the mackerel fillets, season both sides with salt and pepper, and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
Mix flour and curry powder in a tray, coat the mackerel evenly, and shake off excess powder.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, place the mackerel skin-side down, and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat for about 2.5 minutes until fully cooked.
