INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups of washed rice
Fish
- 2 packs of saba miso
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 carrot sliced thinly
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp of salt
- White sesame seeds to taste
Herbs
- 4 shiso leaves
Liquid
- 💧 Appropriate amount of water
PASSOS
Cut off the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot thinly after cutting it into six vertical sections.
Add the washed rice to the rice cooker pot and pour water up to the 2-cup mark.
Add salt and saba miso (including its sauce) to the rice and mix lightly. Place the carrot and shimeji mushrooms on top and cook using the regular rice setting.
After cooking, gently mix the rice while flaking the saba. Serve in bowls and garnish with white sesame seeds and torn shiso leaves.
