INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (75g), sliced
Dressing
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- Pinch of chili powder
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly, remove the core, and place it in a bowl. Add enough water to cover and massage the onion. Drain the water thoroughly.
In a bowl, add the canned mackerel (including the liquid), sliced onion, and dressing ingredients. Mix gently while breaking apart the mackerel.
Plate the salad, garnish with chopped green onion, and sprinkle chili powder to taste.
