- 🥖 1/2 baguette (100g)
Fish
- 🐟 1 salted mackerel fillet (85g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 lettuce leaf (30g)
- 🧅 2 slices red onion (40g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Salsa Sauce
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 🌿 Pinch of dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
PASSOS
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and lightly toast it.
Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a pan and cook the salted mackerel fillet until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the salsa sauce by dicing the tomato and mixing it with salt, pepper, Tabasco, dried parsley, and olive oil.
Spread butter on the toasted baguette halves.
Layer the lettuce, red onion slices, cooked mackerel, and salsa sauce onto one half of the baguette. Top with the other half.
