INGREDIENTES

- 🍄 5 saesongi mushrooms
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 1/2 tsp tuna sauce
PASSOS
Place washed saesongi mushrooms in a microwave-safe container, add 2 tbsp water, and microwave for 7 minutes. Let them cool in a sieve.
Tear the cooked mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the shredded mushrooms with minced garlic, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, tuna sauce, sesame oil, and some chopped green onion. Garnish with remaining green onion and serve.
