INGREDIENTES

- 1 sheet hanpen (100g)
- 150g firm tofu
- 2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
- 3 tbsp sakura denbu
- 6 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
PASSOS
Finely chop the dried sakura shrimp.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool.
Place hanpen, tofu, sakura shrimp, sakura denbu, and seasonings into a plastic bag. Knead thoroughly until smooth to form the mixture.
Shape the mixture into round portions and wrap each with a shiso leaf. Repeat to make 6 pieces.
Arrange the wrapped pieces on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 3–4 minutes. Let it sit for an additional 3 minutes.
