INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces salted salmon
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🌽 60g canned corn
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Liquid
- Water as needed
PASSOS
Cut the salmon into 4 pieces and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the salmon on both sides until browned.
Add soaked rice, seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, sake), and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well.
Place the salmon and potatoes on top of the rice and start the regular cooking cycle.
After cooking, add salt, pepper, corn, and butter. Mix gently and serve garnished with chopped green onions.
