- 3 rice paper sheets

- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Sauce
- Sweet chili sauce, as needed
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water. Drain well.
Place a damp kitchen towel on a cutting board. Soften the rice paper in warm water and lay it on the towel.
Add 1/3 of the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and onion onto the rice paper. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom.
Repeat the process to make 3 rolls in total. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
