    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp miso
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

    • 🧈 10g salted butter

Cut the salmon into three pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
