INGREDIENTES

- 1 lotus root (about 250g)

- 1 tbsp white wine

PASSOS
Cut the lotus root into thick slices and steam-cook until tender.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan and pan-fry the salmon fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Add white wine and soy sauce to the pan, then add butter and let it melt to create a sauce.
