INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 piece salted salmon (mildly salted)
Vegetables
- 1/4 bunch mizuna
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🌰 white sesame seeds, as needed
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 300ml hot water
PASSOS
Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the salted salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the salted salmon, and cook until both sides are golden brown. Add the dashi powder, hot water, and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil. Add the mizuna and mix briefly.
Place the cooked white rice in serving bowls, top with the mizuna and salmon, pour the dashi broth over, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
