INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 6 cm white part of green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Prepare aluminum foil sheets for each salmon fillet.
Place a salmon fillet on each foil sheet and top with shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and green onion.
Mix sake, mirin, miso, and grated ginger in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the salmon and vegetables.
Wrap the foil tightly to seal and bake for 15 minutes.
Carefully open the foil and serve hot.
