INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (85g), sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧴 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
PASSOS
Slice the zucchini lengthwise into halves, then cut into 7mm thick pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness, then drain.
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add the onion and toss to combine.
In another bowl, combine the zucchini, salmon, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix gently.
Plate the zucchini and salmon mixture, then top with the onion mixture.
