INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onions, as needed
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly, julienne the carrot, and trim the shimeji mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Season the salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Place onion, carrot, salmon, and shimeji mushrooms in order on aluminum foil. Drizzle the sauce over the ingredients, add butter on top, and seal the foil tightly. Repeat for 2 portions.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan, add water to about 1cm depth, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 15 minutes until cooked through.
Serve the steamed packets on plates and garnish with chopped green onions.
