INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 4 shiso leaves
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of melting cheese
Breading
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 Beaten egg as needed
- Panko breadcrumbs as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the fresh salmon fillets on the skin side, creating a pocket. Fold 2 shiso leaves and insert them into the pocket. Cut the melting cheese slices in half and insert 2 halves into each salmon fillet. Cut the fillets in half.
Coat the salmon pieces in flour, then beaten egg, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
Heat 3 cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the breaded salmon until golden brown and crispy.
Mix grain mustard and soy sauce in a bowl to create a dipping sauce. Serve alongside the fried salmon.
