INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
PASSOS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and shiitake mushrooms thinly.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until browned on the surface.
Add the onion and shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and cook until semi-set. Sprinkle salt and pepper, then mix gently.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the salmon and egg mixture, and garnish with chopped green onions.
