INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Herbs
- Pinch of chopped parsley
PASSOS
Remove the tomato stem and slice into 1cm thick rounds. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core.
Cut the salmon into three equal pieces, then season with salt, pepper, and dried basil, massaging the seasoning into the fish.
Layer the salmon, garlic, and tomato in a heatproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil and top with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
