INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐟 2 fillets (200g) fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 1 piece sliced ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp mentsuyu
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
- White sesame seeds as needed
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
PASSOS
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and slice the ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add salmon, sprinkle with salt, and cook on medium heat until both sides are browned.
Push the salmon to one side of the pan, add maitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until cooked through.
In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, mentsuyu, and water up to the 2-cup line. Mix well and level the rice.
Place the salmon, maitake mushrooms, and sliced ginger on top of the rice. Start the rice cooker on the normal cooking setting.
Once cooked, mix the rice thoroughly and add yuzu pepper. Stir to combine.
Serve in bowls and garnish with white sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
