INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini (about 150g)
Seafood
- 🐟 2 salmon fillets (about 200g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Baking
- 2 tbsp flour
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 1 tomato (about 150g)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASSOS
Slice the zucchini into rounds and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Coat the salmon fillets lightly with flour.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the zucchini slices until golden brown on both sides.
In the same pan, cook the salmon fillets until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Prepare the tomato sauce by dicing the tomato and mixing it with olive oil, vinegar, and 1/2 tsp salt.
Plate the zucchini and salmon, then drizzle the tomato sauce over the top.
