INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice
Seasonings

- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce per bowl
- 1 tbsp sesame oil per bowl
- A small amount of wasabi
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

PASSOS
Slice the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the onion into rings.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice thinly.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, crack two eggs, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and cook until soft-boiled.
Place cooked rice into bowls and layer with avocado slices, onion rings, and salmon pieces.
