INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 300g salmon
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🍄 3 button mushrooms
Garnish
- 🍋 4 lemon slices
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
PASSOS
Prepare the salmon by cutting it into portions and seasoning with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Chop the onion into large pieces.
Place parchment paper on a flat surface and layer the onion as a base. Add salmon, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and other vegetables on top.
Drizzle olive oil and place a slice of butter on top of the salmon.
Wrap the parchment paper tightly into a candy shape and pour white wine generously inside.
Cook in a preheated air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes.
