INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 30g grated horseradish
- 1/2 pack baby leaf greens
Marinade
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain well. Slice the yellow bell pepper thinly.
In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil). Add the onion and yellow bell pepper, mix lightly, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Peel and grate the horseradish. Add it to the marinated vegetables along with the salmon, and toss gently.
Arrange baby leaf greens on a plate and serve the marinated salmon mixture on top.
