INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🍋 1 lemon, halved and juiced
- 🌿 1 sprig of parsley, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Dry Ingredients
- Flour for coating
Oils and Fats
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 40g salted butter
PASSOS
Cut the lemon in half. Slice one half into thin rings and arrange them on a plate. Juice the other half. Mince the parsley.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat both sides with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the salmon with the presentation side down and cook until crispy. Flip and cook through. Remove and place on the lemon slices.
Clean the pan and dry it. Add the lemon juice, parsley, and butter. Heat over medium-low until bubbling, then stir briefly. Pour over the salmon.
