INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Mix miso, sake, mirin, garlic, and ginger in a container to create the marinade.
Coat both sides of the salmon fillets with the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the marinated salmon until browned on one side.
Flip the salmon and cook on low heat until fully cooked through.
