INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g salmon
- 3 sheets seaweed
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 🌰 A small amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧴 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- A small amount of hot sauce
- 🧀 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 🧂 A small amount of soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Mix rice with apple vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, cream cheese, and soy sauce to make the sauce.
Mix the sauce thoroughly.
Add the prepared sauce to the salmon and mix well.
Cut the seaweed sheets into quarters and place them into muffin cases.
Add a spoonful of seasoned rice into each seaweed-lined muffin case and press lightly.
Top the rice with a spoonful of the salmon mixture.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame seeds on top, then bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
