- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🥦 200g cauliflower florets
- 🌱 4 green beans
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 🌿 Chopped parsley for garnish
PASSOS
Season salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Prepare cauliflower florets and trim green beans.
Heat butter in a stovetop pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add salmon fillets, cauliflower, and green beans to the pan.
Pour white wine into the pan and cover with a lid. Steam for 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
