INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack of maitake mushrooms
- 🌱 4 green beans, halved
- 4 tbsp grated daikon radish
Pantry
- 🌾 sufficient amount of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g butter for frying
- 🧂 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce broth
PASSOS
Coat the fresh salmon fillets with all-purpose flour.
Separate the maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Halve the green beans. Lightly squeeze the grated daikon radish with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon, maitake mushrooms, and green beans over medium heat until both sides are cooked through.
Wipe off excess oil from the pan, add butter and concentrated soy sauce broth, and coat the ingredients evenly.
Plate the dish and serve with grated daikon radish on the side.
