INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (200g) salmon
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), thinly sliced
- 🌱 10 green beans, trimmed and cut
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Sauce
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🟤 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
PASSOS
Sprinkle salt on the salmon and pat dry with a paper towel.
Thinly slice the potato and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Trim and cut green beans into thirds.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, miso, sugar, garlic, sesame) in a bowl to make the miso sauce.
Place half of the potato slices, salmon, and green beans on a sheet of aluminum foil. Spread half the miso sauce over the salmon. Fold the foil to seal. Repeat for the second portion.
Bake in a toaster oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Open the foil, add mayonnaise evenly, and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until golden.
