INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning
- Potato starch as needed
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head of broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
☆ Spicy Mayo Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🍯 1/2 tsp honey
PASSOS
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, cut into thirds, and coat with potato starch.
Slice the onion and separate the broccoli into small florets. Place the broccoli in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, doubanjiang, and honey to make the spicy mayo sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and onion, and cook for 3–4 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Turn off the heat, add the spicy mayo sauce, and toss everything to coat evenly. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
