INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Toppings
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- Seaweed strips, as needed
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Cut the salmon into 2cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, grated garlic, and sesame seeds. Add the salmon and mix well.
Place the cooked rice in a serving bowl. Top with seaweed strips, the seasoned salmon mixture, and an egg yolk in the center. Garnish with chopped green onion.
