INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g cod fillets
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 100g onion, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 🍶 100cc sake
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then pat dry with a paper towel.
Remove the core from the cabbage and chop into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and garlic.
In a frying pan, add the cabbage, onion, cod, garlic, and sake. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Add the butter, salt, and pepper, then stir briefly to combine.
