INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 100g pork belly (sliced for grilling)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt koji
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion. In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt koji, soy sauce, and grated ginger). Add the pork belly and onion to the bowl, mix well, and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the salad oil. Add the marinated pork and onion mixture, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Serve the stir-fried pork and onion on a plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
