INGREDIENTES
Main
- 2 slices pork loin (300g)
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Marinade
- 2 tbsp salt koji
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of pepper
Side Dish
- Shredded cabbage, as needed
- 🍅 Sliced cherry tomatoes, as needed
PASSOS
Make shallow cuts in the pork loin to tenderize it and cut the muscle fibers.
Place the pork loin and marinade ingredients in a bag, massage well, and refrigerate for half a day.
Remove the pork from the bag and wipe off excess salt koji with a paper towel.
Coat the pork with flour, dip it in beaten egg, and cover it evenly with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C and fry the pork until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Slice the fried pork into bite-sized pieces and serve with shredded cabbage and cherry tomatoes.
