Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain the excess water and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the cabbage, salted kombu, and white dashi. Toss well to mix.
