INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 4 strips pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 handful kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 3 green chilies
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Defrost the pork belly and cut it into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
Add a handful of well-fermented kimchi and the listed seasonings to the pork.
Let the mixture marinate for 30 minutes.
Slice the onion and green chilies into appropriate sizes.
Heat a deep pan and add the marinated pork mixture. Start stir-frying.
Cook on high heat, stirring frequently, until the pork is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Add the sliced onion and green chilies to the pan.
Stir-fry briefly until the onion is slightly softened but still crunchy.
