INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 300g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
PASSOS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Slice garlic into thin pieces, and cut onion and green onion into similar lengths.
Cook the pork belly on medium-high heat in a pan, sprinkling 1 tbsp sugar to tenderize the meat.
Reduce heat to medium and add sliced garlic to the pan.
Add red pepper powder to coat the pork evenly, adjusting heat to prevent burning.
Add soy sauce, anchovy sauce, vinegar, and 1 tbsp sugar to season the dish, stirring well.
Once the sauce starts to simmer, add onion and green onion, mixing well.
(Optional) Use a torch to add a smoky flavor to the stir-fry.
Turn off the heat and plate the dish attractively.
