INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets of sanma
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
- Dried parsley, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Gratin Sauce
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧈 40g salted butter
PASSOS
Cut the sanma into 3cm pieces and season with salt and pepper. Slice the onion thinly.
Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters, and soak in water briefly. Drain well.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes. Mash the potatoes and mix with the gratin sauce ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the sanma on both sides until browned. Remove the sanma, then sauté the onion with a pinch of salt.
Layer the mashed potatoes in a baking dish, add the sautéed onion and sanma, and top with cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes or until the surface is golden brown. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
