INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 160g canned sardines (seasoned)
Vegetables
- 10g ginger, julienned
- 4 shiso leaves
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of melting cheese
Wraps
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Binding
- 1 tsp flour
- 💧 2 tsp water
PASSOS
Julienne the ginger.
Pat dry the sardines with kitchen paper to remove excess moisture.
Place a shiso leaf on a spring roll wrapper, add half a slice of cheese, sardines, and julienned ginger. Fold the wrapper sides inward and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a mixture of flour and water. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Place the rolls seam-side down and pan-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
