INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 150g chicken breast (skinless)
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🥒 200g cucumber
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- Chili threads as needed
Versatile Chinese Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, pierce it several times with a fork, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with sake.
Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Allow it to cool to room temperature to finish cooking with residual heat, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the ends of the cucumber and julienne it. Lightly wash the bean sprouts and drain them. Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe bowl, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain, and lightly squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Combine the chicken, cucumber, and bean sprouts in a bowl. Add the versatile Chinese sauce ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a plate and garnish with chili threads.
