INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken breast fillets
- 250g pea sprouts
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Dash of chili oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the root ends off the pea sprouts and halve their length. Mince the ginger.
Slice the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces using a slanted knife. Place them in a bowl and rub with sake and salt.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sesame seeds) with the minced ginger in a bowl.
Layer the pea sprouts and chicken alternately in a microwave-safe container. Pour the sauce over them, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
