- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🌭 10 Vienna sausages
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of black pepper
- A dash of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Prepare the ingredients: cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, slice the chili peppers, and blanch the Vienna sausages in boiling water before halving them.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the potatoes for 1–2 minutes to coat them in oil. Add 1/2 cup of water.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, and corn syrup to the pan.
Add the sausages, stir to combine, cover with a lid, and simmer for 3 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add 1 tsp of vinegar and stir-fry on high heat to evaporate the vinegar aroma. Add the chili peppers and stir briefly.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
