INGREDIENTES
Essential Ingredients
- 200g bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 3 frank sausages
- 💧 1 paper cup water
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Starch Water Ingredients
- 1 tbsp starch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly, and cut the green onion and frank sausages diagonally.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the sausages halfway, then add water and bring to a boil.
Add green onion, onion, bean sprouts, and seasoning ingredients to the pan.
Prepare starch water and add it gradually to the pan until the broth thickens. Turn off the heat.
Drizzle sesame oil after turning off the heat for added aroma and richness.
