INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, optional
Meat
- 3/2 bag sausage
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 tsp red pepper powder
- 2 tsp red pepper paste
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup water
- Sprinkle sesame seeds, optional
PASSOS
Cut 3/2 of a bag of sausage into pieces.
Mix red pepper powder, red pepper paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and a little water to make the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot and sauté the sausage.
Add 1 cup of water to the pan once the sausages are browned.
Place bean sprouts and optional chopped onion on top of the sausages.
Pour the prepared sauce over the bean sprouts and sausage.
Cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, open the lid and add sesame oil and optional green onion. Mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
Optional: Use the leftover sauce to make fried rice for a unique seafood stew-like flavor.
