    • 4 tsp grain mustard
    • 🧀 80g pizza cheese

    • 2 tbsp strong flour

Mix strong flour, weak flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast, butter, and lukewarm water in a bowl. Knead until smooth, then shape into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions, shape into balls, and let rest for 10 minutes. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise.

Roll each dough ball into a 10cm x 20cm rectangle. Place 10g of pizza cheese 3cm from the edge, fold to cover the cheese. Spread grain mustard in the center, place a sausage cut-side down, and fold to seal. Repeat for all 4 portions.

Place the prepared dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and a damp towel, then let rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Dust the dough with strong flour, make two diagonal cuts on each piece, and evenly distribute the remaining pizza cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.
