- 🌭 1 sausage
- 1 sheet seaweed

- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice

- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Blanch the sausage in boiling water for 1 minute.
Mix 1 cup of cooked rice with 1/3 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, and 1 tsp sesame oil.
Place the seasoned rice on a sheet of seaweed, add 2 slices of cheese and 1 sausage, then roll tightly using a bamboo mat.
Slice the gimbap into bite-sized pieces. Apply sesame oil to the knife for smoother cutting.
Decorate with leftover seaweed or sesame seeds to create fun faces for kids.
