- 🥔 1 potato
- 🌭 3 frank sausages
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Sprinkle sesame seeds
- 💧 2 small cups water
PASSOS
Peel the potato using a peeler, rinse under running water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the potato briefly in boiling water, then drain using a sieve.
Cut the frank sausages into thick slices and make cross-shaped cuts on each piece.
Blanch the sausages in boiling water (reuse the potato blanching water).
Place the sausages and potatoes in a pot and add 2 small cups of water.
Add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp corn syrup, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.
Once the sauce is reduced, add 1/2 tbsp sesame oil and gently stir to combine.
